组织力是组织生命力的具体体现。本文以提升高校基层党支部组织力为切入点,分析了提升基层党支部组织力的重要性,探究当前基层党支部组织力建设存在的问题,进而提出提升高校基层党支部组织力的途径。

Organizational strength is the concrete embodiment of organizational vitality. From the point of improving the organizational capacity of grass-roots Party branches in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the importance of improving the organizational capacity of grass-roots Party branches, explores the problems existing in the current organizational capacity building of grass-roots Party branches, and then puts forward ways to improve the organizational capacity of grass-roots Party branches in colleges and universities.
