In order to understand the characteristics of college students majoring in art, through the investigation of the art students of Baoji University of Arts and Sciences, the writer grasps the specific situation. Combined with the analysis of the current situation of ideological and political education for art majors, this paper elaborates how to improve the effectiveness of routine ideological and political education for college students majoring in art, and proposes countermeasures.
