摘要 在分析当前"大学生心理健康教育"课程特点以及教学困境的基础上,初步阐述了SPOC混合教学模式的设计思路,具体分为课前导学、课堂教学以及课后研学三个教学阶段,每个阶段具备不同的教学任务与特点。将SPOC混合教学应用于大学生心理健康教育课堂,构建更适合当代大学生认知特点的教学模式,是高校公共课教学改革所面临的新目标和新任务。 Based on the analysis of the teaching characteristics and difficulties of the course of "Mental Health Education for College Students", the design idea of SPOC mixed teaching mode including the pre-class guidance, classroom teaching and learning after class is preliminarily expounded, each stage has different teaching tasks and characteristics. Applying SPOC mixed teaching mode in the course of college students' mental health and constructing a more suitable teaching mode for the cognitive characteristics of contemporary college students, are the new goals and tasks faced by the teaching reform of public courses in colleges and universities.
