摘要
基于中职学生的学习特点和《合同法》法律概念的特有属性,遵循“熟悉、理解、运用”的客观学习规律,秉承“先学后教”的教育理念,教师在概念教学阶段可采用案例教学法与概念构图法相结合的教学策略进行相应的教学活动。两种方法的综合应用有助于克服中职生在法律概念学习过程中的认知困难;有利于解答法律概念“是什么”“怎么用”的递进命题,在协助学生充分理解法律概念本质的同时,还能培养学生的法律思维,提高学生使用法律知识解决实际问题的能力。
Based on the learning characteristics of secondary vocational students and the unique attributes of the legal concepts of "Contract Law", following the objective learning rules of "familiarity, understanding and application", and adhering to the educational concept of "teaching after learning", teachers can carry out corresponding teaching activities by using the teaching strategy of combining case teaching method and concept mapping teaching method in the stage of concept teaching. The comprehensive application of the two methods can help overcome the cognitive difficulties of secondary vocational students in the process of learning legal concepts;it is helpful to answer the progressive propositions of "what is it" and "how to use it" in legal concepts, and assist students in fully understanding legal concepts. At the same time, it can also cultivate students' legal thinking and improve their ability to use legal knowledge to solve practical problems.
