新时代高职院校素质教育与思想政治工作互动模式的思考

Reflections on the Interactive Mode of Quality Education and Ideological and Political Work in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

本文在深入领会中国共产党十九大报告所提出的新目标新要求新时代的社会主义精神背景下,从高职院校学生素质教育的现状与思想政治工作基本情况出发,思考素质教育与思想政治工作的互动模式,探究不断加强高职院校大学生的素质教育,使高职院校大学生素质教育做到可持续发展的方式方法。不忘初心,牢记大学素质教育的社会历史使命和核心目标,切实运用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想武装头脑、指导实践、加强高职院校大学生素质教育与思想政治工作的互动,提升大学生综合素质,是新时代中国特色社会主义高职教育的新要求和新方向。

Under the background of the new goals and requirements put forward by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, this paper starts from the status quo of the quality education of students and the basic situation of ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges, considers the interactive mode of quality education and ideological and political work, explores ways and means to continuously improve the quality education of college students in higher vocational colleges, so that the quality education of vocational college students can achieve sustainable development. We should not forget the original intention, bear in mind the social and historical mission and core objectives of quality education in colleges and universities, effectively use Xi Jinping's socialism with Chinese characteristics for new era to arm the mind and guide practice, strengthen the interaction between quality education and ideological and political work of higher vocational college students, and promote college students' comprehensive quality, which is the new requirement and new direction of socialist higher vocational education with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
