基于工作过程,中职“导游业务”课程项目化教学改革实践探索——以“游客个别要求的处理”为例

Exploration of Project-based Teaching Reform of Tour Guide Business in Secondary Vocational Schools Based on Work Process: Taking "Handling Individual Requirements of Tourists" as an Example

“导游业务”是中职旅游服务与管理专业的核心课程,着重培养导游岗位的相关职业能力。针对目前教学现状,本文尝试基于工作过程,对“导游业务”课程进行项目化教学改革实践,并反思如何进一步改进、提升教学效果。

"Tour Guide Business" is the core course of tourism service and management specialty in secondary vocational schools, focusing on training the relevant professional competence of tour guide posts. In view of the current teaching situation, this paper attempts to carry out the project-based teaching reform of the course "Tour Guide Business" based on work process, and reflect on how to further improve and enhance the teaching effect.
