摘要
目的:设计一种用于供血箱中的风扇架,置于JXH-0605型专用手术取血箱中,以解决取血运输过程中温度变化的问题。方法:供血箱中的风扇架由微型风扇、充电宝、专用冰源和不锈钢架组成,血液制品和冰块分别放于不锈钢上层和底层,冰源通过风扇架上的微型风扇传输冷空气进行对流并快速降温。随机采集保障中心16份血液制品,将其分为实验组和对照组,每组8份,两组均使用3个500 g的冰源,实验组采用2个微型风扇循环吹风使供血箱快速降温;对照组采用冰源自然降温法使供血箱降温;对比分析两组降温速度的差异。结果:供血箱中风扇架的使用,克服了冰块自然降温速度慢的缺点,规范了冰源与血液制品的隔断,实现了快速降温。实验组在15 min时能够达到国家血液温度存放要求,而对照组需要30 min方可达到国家血液温度存放要求。两组5 min、15 min和30 min后供血箱降温比较,其差异有统计学意义(t=17.855,t=27.799,t=7.863;P<0.05)。结论:设计的供血箱风扇架可使转运中的血液制品降温速度快,规范转运中血液制品的冷链管理。
Objective: To design a fan shelf of blood-supply box that was placed in JXH-0605 special operation blood collection box so as to solve the problem of temperature variation during blood collection and transportation. Methods: The fan shelf of blood supply box consisted of miniature fans, one portable charger, three special ice sources and one stainless steel shelf. And the blood products and the ice cubes were respectively placed on the top and bottom of the stainless steel. The ice source transmitted cold air through two miniature fans for rapid convection cooling. 16 blood products were randomly collected from the support center, and all of them were divided into experimental group and control group, and 8 in each group. Both groups adopted 3 ice sources (500 g per ice source), and experimental group used 2 miniature fans to transfer cold air to fast decrease temperature of blood box. While the control group used cooling method with common condition to decrease temperature of blood-supply box. The difference of cooling velocity of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: The use of the fan shelf of blood-supply box overcame the shortage of slow velocity of natural cooling of ice cube, and standardized the separation between ice sources and blood products, and achieved rapid cooling. Experimental group achieved store requirement of blood temperature of state in 15 min, while control group need 30 min. And the differences of cooling temperature of blood-supply box at 5the min, 15th min and 30th min between two groups were significant (t=17.855, t=27.799, t=7.863, P<0.05). Conclusion: The designed fan shelf in blood supply box can increase cooling velocity of blood products in transfer. And it also can standardize the management of cold chain of blood products in transportation.
