摘要
目的:探讨国产和进口医用磁共振成像(MRI)设备在肩关节成像中的图像质量比较。方法:前瞻性分析包括上海市、天津市和新疆维吾尔自治区在内的全国19个地区25家医院143例进行肩关节MRI扫描成像患者的143幅图像资料,按照所使用设备的不同,将扫描图像分为国产设备组与进口设备组,以及1.5T组与3.0T组。对斜冠状面T1加权成像、横断面质子密度(PD)压脂成像、斜冠状面T2或PD压脂成像中的常用序列各评分项以5分法进行主观评分,1分为显示最差,5分为显示最佳。结果:在国产与进口MRI设备的图像质量评分比较中,在斜矢状面T2加权成像中的包括骨小梁显示在内的所有评分项均为国产设备高于进口设备,但其余序列均无统计学意义。3.0T的MRI设备图像质量评分优于1.5T的MRI设备,且差异具有统计学意义(Z=-3.801,P<0.05)。结论:在肩关节MRI成像中,国产MRI设备的图像质量与进口MRI设备相仿,且3.0T较1.5T设备具有明显的图像质量优势。
Objective: To explore the comparison of image quality between the domestic and imported MRI equipment in imaging of shoulder joint. Methods: 143 image data of 143 patients who underwent MRI scan on shoulder joint, who were from 25 hospitals of nationwide 19 regions included Shanghai, Tianjin and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, were implemented prospective analysis. And these image data were divided into domestic and imported MRI groups, as well as 1.5T group and 3.0T group as different sources of devices. 5-scale scores were used to implement subjective scoring for each score item of the four common scanning sequences included T1 weight image of slanting coronal plane, imaging of proton density (PD) with fat suppression of cross section, imaging of fat suppression of T2 or PD of slanting coronal plane. And 1 score represented the worst display and 5 score represented the best display. Results: Regarding to the comparison of image quality score between domestic and imported MRI equipment, all score items in T2 weighted imaging of slanting sagittal, included display of bone trabecula, of domestic MRI devices were higher than those of imported MRI equipment, while the differences of other sequences between the two groups were no significant. Besides, the score of image quality of MRT equipment of 3.0T was significantly superior to that of 1.5T(Z=-3.801, P<0.05). Conclusion: In the images of MRI of shoulder joint, the images quality of domestic MRI equipment was similar with that of imported MRI equipment. And compared with 1.5T equipment, the 3.0T has obviously advantage in imaging quality.
