摘要
CT成像质量对心血管疾病早期筛查、诊断及术后评估的医疗质量安全至关重要。国内外学者在利用动态心血管体模对CT心血管软件进行质量评价过程中,在检测条件、检测项目、检测方法及评价标准等方面存在一定差异,检测结果难以互认。因此,有必要对基于动态心血管体模的CT心血管成像软件临床应用质量检测形成共识。在2019年3月召开的专家共识会上经充分征求放射医学、临床工程学专家意见,结合CT心血管成像软件符合性评价研究结果,形成并通过《医用计算机体层成像系统(CT)心血管成像软件临床应用质量检测技术专家共识》。该共识结合理论与实践,讨论了CT动态心血管体模组成结构、功能特征与临床意义,详细阐述了在CT心血管成像软件质量控制中的检测条件、检测项目、检测方法及评价标准,以期更好地规范利用动态心血管体模对CT心血管成像软件临床应用质量进行评价。
The quality of CT imaging is critical to the safety and medical quality in early screening, diagnosis and postoperative evaluation of cardiovascular diseases. In the process of using dynamic cardiovascular phantom to evaluate the quality of CT cardiovascular software, domestic and foreign scholars have some differences in testing conditions, testing items, testing methods and evaluation standards, so that the results are difficulty in mutual recognition. Therefore, it is necessary to form a consensus on the quality testing of clinical application of CT cardiovascular imaging software based on dynamic phantom. In the expert consensus meeting held in 2019,“The expert consensus on quality testing technology for clinical application of computed tomography(CT) cardiovascular imaging software” was issued after full solicitation of opinions from experts in radiology and clinical engineering and combined with the results of conformity evaluation of CT cardiovascular imaging software. The consensus is a combination of theory and practice, this paper introduces the dynamic phantom of cardiovascular structures, functions, features and clinical significance, are described in detail in CT detection of cardiovascular imaging software quality control conditions, the test items, test methods and evaluation standard, in order to better regulate the dynamic cardiovascular phantom to evaluate the clinical application of CT cardiovascular imaging software quality.
