尿激酶联合低分子肝素钠用于血液透析留置导管功能丧失患者的封管效果 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察尿激酶和低分子肝素钠用于血液透析留置导管功能丧失患者的封管效果。方法选取2016年3月至2017年3月该院长期维持性血液透析3个月以上并在常规浓肝素封管后仍反复出现导管功能丧失的50例患者,后改用注射用尿激酶和低分子量肝素钠注射液联合封管,比较联合封管前和联合封管1个月后导管血流量、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)的情况。结果联合封管后导管血流量高于联合封管前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而联合封管前后APTT、PT、FIB接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尿激酶联合低分子肝素钠封管在血液透析长期置管患者中应用可提高导管血流量,且较安全。
