摘要
CEUS技术日臻成熟,已被广泛应用于临床诊断各种疾病,尤其在肝脏疾病的诊断中发挥重要作用,可直观地动态显示肝内微循环改变,便于观察病灶内组织血流灌注情况与肝内血流动力学变化,从而为疾病诊断提供依据。对疾病进行CEUS定量评价具有重要临床意义。本文主要对CEUS定量参数用于不同肝脏疾病诊断中的研究进展进行综述。
CEUS has been developed rapidly and been applied widely in the clinical diagnosis of diseases, especially of liver diseases, which can provide information by monitoring the changes of intrahepatic microcirculation dynamically to reflect the blood perfusion of the lesions and the changes of intrahepatic hemodynamics. Quantitative researches on CEUS assessment have important value for diagnosis of diseases. The current advancements of CUES quantitative parameters in the diagnosis of liver diseases were reviewed in this article.
