新时代我国本科职教师资培养现状与发展对策

Current Situation and Development Solutions of Vocational Teachers Cultivating at Undergraduate Level in China in the New Era

师资队伍建设是教育的基础工作,大力振兴教师教育势在必行。本科职教师资培养是以培养中等职业学校专业课师资为主要目标的本科层次师范教育。作为职业技术师范教育的重要组成部分,调查分析发现,本科职教师资培养存在院校办学积极性下降、专业服务中职能力偏弱、自身定位摇摆不定、教师教育课程相关标准缺位、专业与教育复合型教师匮乏以及实践教学质量亟待提升等问题,面向新时代,优化院校和专业结构布局、做强师范教育特色、培养专业与教育复合型师资队伍、加强双实践教学是其持续发展的新路径。

The construction of the teaching staff is the foundation of education,so it is imperative to vigorously revitalize teacher education.The cultivating of vocational teachers at undergraduate level is a normal education at undergraduate level with the main goal of cultivating professional teachers for secondary vocational schools.As an important part of vocational teachers education,by the investigation and analysis,there are some problems such as the decrease of the enthusiasm of colleges,the weak ability of college professions to serve secondary vocational schools,the uncertainty of colleges self-orientation,the absence of standards for teacher education curriculum,the shortage of professional and educational compound teachers and the urgent need to improve the quality of practical teaching.Facing the new era,the cultivating of vocational teachers at undergraduate level need to achieve sustainable development by optimizing the structure and layout of colleges and specialties,strengthening the characteristics of normal education,cultivating a professional and educational compound teachers team and enhancing two kinds of practice teaching.
