摘要
在全球化和2020年日本东京奥运会的背景下,日本新一轮外语教育改革旨在变革从初等到中等教育阶段的教育环境,特别是设计了统一的《日本外语共同参考框架指南》(即CEFR-J)。CEFR-J是《欧洲语言共同参考框架》的本地化。为了适应日本对外语教育的需求和实际情况,日本对语言能力分级体系进行了较大的调整,增加了入门准备阶段,并对每个等级下面具体的“能做”语言行为的描述进行了修正和增补,描述更适应日本环境。参考框架涵盖了语言学习、教学和评估三大方面,应用于课程创建、材料开发及语言能力评估。
In the context of globalization and the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games,a new round of English language education reform aims to comprehensively transform the educational environment from primary to secondary education,in particular,established The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages:Learning,Teaching,Assessment-Japan Version (CEFR-J) as the localization version.To adapt to the requirements and facts of Japanese foreign language education,the major adjustments has been made to the language proficiency grading system and description of "can do" language behaviors in line with Japanese foreign language learning environment,adding a new stage of primary preparation.The framework for reference includes three aspects of language learning,teaching and assessment which can be applied to curriculum design,material development,and assessment of language proficiency.
