基于多指标体系下辽宁省高速公路沥青类材料参数研究

摘要 新版《公路沥青路面设计规范》(JTGD50-2017)的颁布,标志着沥青路面设计将从单一指标向多指标体系进行转变。多指标体系所提出的设计指标和参数改换了现行设计体系和损坏模型,改变了各项参数的性质、测定方法、仪器以及数值,但如何对辽宁省沥青路面设计进行指导,需要进行试验验证,因此,通过室内试验,确定了沥青路面结构设计中所用到的力学性能和路用性能参数,包括沥青混合料单轴压缩动态模量、沥青混合料抗剪强度、沥青混合料抗永久变形以及沥青胶结料低温弯曲性能等高速公路沥青路面用典型材料的参数范围,对于规范和明确辽宁省路面结构设计具有重要意义。 The issuance of the new edition of Design Code for Asphalt Pavement on Highway (JTG D50-2017) marks the transition of asphalt pavement design from single index to multi-index system. The design indexes and parameters proposed by the multi-index system have changed the current design system and damage model, and changed the properties, measuring methods, instruments and numerical values of the parameters. However, how to guide the design of asphalt pavement in our province needs to be tested and verified. Therefore, the mechanical properties and pavement performance parameters used in the design of asphalt pavement structure are determined through laboratory tests, including uniaxial compression dynamic modulus of asphalt mixture, shear strength of asphalt mixture, permanent deformation resistance of asphalt mixture and low-temperature bending performance of asphalt cement, etc. The range of parameters of typical materials for expressway asphalt pavement has great significance for the standardization and identification of pavement structure design in Liaoning province.
