摘要
本实验旨在研究在复合菌种发酵剂发酵饲料过程中,各项营养指标以及菌群变化情况。由实验结果可知,发酵剂组成:植物乳杆菌20亿/g;枯草芽孢杆菌50亿/g;酿酒酵母0.5亿/g,发酵底物:豆粕、玉米粉、麸皮,添加比例:6:4:9,30℃发酵12h后,芽孢菌活菌数达到最大:1.7×10^8CFU/g,50h后,乳酸菌,酵母菌活菌数达到最大,分别为3.1×10^9CFU/g,2.5×10^8CFU/g,粗蛋白含量最大可达17.0%,乳酸含量177.0mmol/kg,pH3.85,最佳发酵时间为48~60h,最佳使用时间为25d以内。
The purpose of the experiment was to study the variation of nutrient indexes and microflora in the process of compound strain starter fermenting feed. The results showed that: starter composition, Lactobacillus plantarum 2.0×10^9 CFU/g, Bacillus subtilis 5.0×10^9 CFU/g, Saccharomyces cerevisiae0.5 ×10^8 CFU/g, The fermentation substrate: soya bean meal,corn flour,bran,additive proportion 6:4:9. After fermentating for 12h under 30℃, the viable count of Bacillus subtilis reached the maximum:1.7×10^8 CFU/mL,after 50h,the viable count of Lactobacillus plantarum and Saccharomyces cerevisiae reached 3.1×10^9 CFU/g,2.5×10^8 CFU/g respectively. Crude protein content came up to 17.0%,content of lactic acid 177.0mmol/kg, pH 3.85 ,the best fermentation time was 48~60h,the best use time should be less than 25d.
