摘要
本文以大型干散货码头湄洲湾港东吴作业区东1、东2号泊位为例,介绍了其工程概况、工艺设备与耗能系统。从总平布置、工艺方案、设备选型、供电照明、供水等方面归纳其节能技术措施,重点阐述了带式输送机变频调速、堆场陶瓷金卤灯节能照明等新技术的应用及节能效果,对类似干散货码头工程节能设计具有较好的指导作用。
This paper introduces the project overview, process equipment and energy consumption system by taking the berths of East 1 and East 2 of the Dongwu operation area of the large dry bulk terminal. From the general layout,process plan,equipment selection,power supply lighting,water supply and other aspects to summarize its energy-saving technical measures,and focus on the belt conveyor frequency control,yard metal halide lamp energy-saving lighting and other new technologies,along with energy conservation effect .The application and energy-saving effect have a good guiding role for energy-saving design of dry bulk terminal engineering.
