摘要
随着旅游业的发展,旅游需求多样化和层次化特征日益凸显。旅游智慧景区建设已经成为智慧旅游发展的核心问题,通过这一途径可以实现旅游资源的有效配置,同时不断提升景区的智慧服务能力进行服务创新提升游客满意度,实现景区引流的双重效益。
With the development of tourism, the diversified and hierarchical characteristics of tourism demand have become increasingly prominent. The construction of smart tourist scenic spots has been the core issue of the development of smart tourism. Through this initiation, tourism resources can be effectively allocated, while the smart service capacity of scenic spots be improved as well, so that service innovation can be upgraded, satisfaction of tourists be enhanced, and double benefits of redirecting tourism flows be ensured.
