摘要
本研究讨论了高新技术企业研发人员的组织公平感、工作满意度和工作绩效的关系,研究结果能指导高新技术企业管理人员从组织公平感和工作满意度等角度来激励研发人员提高工作绩效,具有较强的实践指导意义。
There are few previous researches on the relationship between the sense of organizational justice, job satisfaction and job performance of R&D staff in high-tech enterprises, and less mediating variables between the three factors. In addition, there are still differences in the correlation between the three factors. Therefore, this study discusses the relationship between organizational justice, job satisfaction and job performance of R&D personnel in high-tech enterprises. With important guiding significance in theory and practice, the research results can guide managers of high-tech enterprises to motivate R&D personnel to improve job performance from the perspective of organizational justice and job satisfaction.
