摘要 本文通过对山西省三所高校外语教师专业发展的影响因素研究,发现高校外语教师专业发展主要受个人因素和外部环境的影响。基于此提出考虑教师实际需求,建立符合教师核心利益的机制;抑制教师情感衰竭,创设提升教师幸福的学术氛围;改变教师被动地位,给予教师主动发展的自由权利的高校外语教师专业发展路径。 This paper studies the influencing factors of the professional development of foreign language teachers in three universities in Shanxi Province, and finds that the professional development of foreign language teachers in universities is mainly influenced by personal factors and external environment. Based on this, it is proposed to consider the actual needs of teachers and establish a mechanism in line with the core interests of teachers;to restrain teachers'emotional exhaustion and create an academic atmosphere to enhance teachers' happiness;to change teachers'passive status and give teachers the right to develop freely.
