In order to build library science at the most essential level,elucidating the philosophical ideas contained in the practice and research of the library is undoubtedly the fundamental step.By observing the content and system development of library science and studying its relationship with philosophical principles,this paper tries to help scholars understand the historical theory construction of library science from a new perspective.
