摘要 以SKA射电望远镜设计过程中的结构仿真分析为背景,对大型反射面天线结构的有限元建模及其运行环境载荷等效简化进行了讨论,考察了重力、风力载荷、非均匀温度场等多方面因素对天线结构的综合作用,并分析了上述影响下天线结构的面形精度和孔径效率。结果显示,重力变形是主要影响因素。涉及的建模与分析思路对大型天线结构设计和仿真分析具有一定的指导意义。 Based on the simulation analysis in the structural design of SKA radio telescope,the finite element modeling method and environmental load simplification for the large reflector antenna are discussed.The effects of gravity,wind loads and gradient temperature fields on the structure are investigated by finite element analysis.With the consideration of the structural deformation,comprehensive influences on the surface accuracy and the aperture efficiency of the antenna are analyzed.The results show that the gravity effect makes a major contribution of the performance change under the operating load conditions.The modeling and analysis processes in this paper have certain guiding significance for the structure design and simulation analysis of the large antenna.
