摘要
地面沉降是制约江苏沿海地区发展最主要的地质环境问题.基于水文地质条件和土体力学特征综合分析,深入研究区域地面沉降特征和机理,建立区域尺度的地下水-地面沉降耦合模型.基于耦合模型,设置符合区域地面沉降发展规划的约束条件,推算沿海各县市地面沉降约束下的地下水可采资源量.结果表明,在2020年沉降中心的沉降速率控制在15 mm·a-1,其他地区控制在10 mm·a-1以内的约束条件下,沿海地区深层地下水可开采资源量达1.33×108 m3·a-1.研究成果为地方制定科学合理的地下水配置方案提供科学依据.
Land subsidence is the most severe geological disaster in Jiangsu coastal areas. Based on the comprehensive analysis of hydrogeological conditions and soil mechanic characteristics,this paper studies the characteristics and mechanism of regional land subsidence and establishes a groundwater-land subsidence coupling model at regional scale. Based on the model,the constraints are set in accordance with the regional land subsidence developing plan,and the groundwater recoverable resources under the constraints of land subsidence in coastal counties and cities are estimated. The results show that in 2020,the sedimentation rate of the subsidence center is controlled to 15 mm·a-1,and in other areas under the constraint of 10 mm·a-1,the exploitation of deep groundwater in coastal areas reaches 133 million m3·a-1. The research results provide a scientific basis for local governments to formulate scientific and rational groundwater allocation plans.
