摘要
根据四川省食盐加工业特点,结合《清洁生产标准制定技术导则》和《工业清洁生产评价指标体系编制通则》对清洁生产指标的要求,筛选出包括生产工艺及设备要求、资源能源消耗指标、污染物产生指标、废物回收利用指标、末端治理效率指标、清洁生产管理共7个一级评价指标、42个二级评价指标,为四川省食盐加工业清洁生产指标体系的制定提供参考。
According to the characteristics of salt production industry in Sichuan,combined with the requirements of cleaner production in“Cleaner Production Standards Technique Guideline”and“General principles for the evaluation index system of industrial cleaner production”,this paper screened 7 first-level evaluation indicators including production process and equipment requirements, resource and energy consumption, pollutant production, waste recycling, terminal treatment efficiency and cleaner production management, and 42 second-level evaluation indicators. It can provide reference for the establishment of the cleaner production index system of Sichuan salt production industry.
