溶胶-凝胶法制备仿猪笼草润滑表面 被引量:1

Preparation of Pitcher Plant-mimicking Lubricated Surface by Sol-gel Method

摘要 仿荷叶制备的超疏水表面存在对低表面能液体的防润湿性能差、压力稳定性差等缺点,仿猪笼草效应制备的灌注润滑液的光滑多孔表面(SLIPS,Slippery Liquid-Infused Porous Surface)具有自清洁、自修复和热稳定性好等诸多优点。本文以聚丙烯(PP)塑料和玻璃板(Glass)为基底,使用聚多巴胺/聚乙烯亚胺(PDA/PEI)作为活性层,促进四甲氧基硅烷(TMOS)矿化沉积生成二氧化硅纳米粒子(SiNPs),将溶胶-凝胶法粗糙化的表面,再经氟化和灌油处理,最终得到仿猪笼草的润滑表面。这种SLIPS光滑表面具有优异的自清洁性能和良好的透明度。 The superhydrophobic surfaces prepared by mimicking lotus leaf have poor resistance of wetting by low surface energy liquid,and poor pressure stability.The slippery liquid-infused porous surface(SLIPS) prepared by mimicking nepenthe effects has many advantages such as self-cleaning,self-repairing and thermal stability.In this paper,polypropylene(PP) plastics and Glass sheets were used as the substrates;polydopamine/polyethyleneimine(PDA/PEI) were used as active layer to promote mineralization of tetramethoxysilane(TMOS) to form silica nanoparticles(SiNPs) as the rough surface;the fluorination and oil infusion treatment of the rough surface obtained by sol-gel method were implemented to achieve the final SLIPS.The slippery surfaces have excellent self-cleaning properties and good transparency.
