摘要
在单因素试验基础上,选择液料比、浸泡时间、微波功率、微波时间进行Box-Behnken实验设计和响应面优化,得到了二次多项式回归方程,确定了微波辅助提取地锦草多糖的最佳工艺,预测得率为16.02 mg/g。考虑实际条件,在液料比45 mL/g、浸泡时间26 min、微波功率480 W、微波时间60 s进行试验,得率为15.81 mg/g,与软件处理相对误差为1.3%,说明利用响应面优化法微波辅助提取地锦草多糖的工艺参数可靠。
On the basis of mono-factor tests,We designed Box-Behnken experiments by choosing the liquid-solid ratio,soak time,microWave poWer and microWave time as four impact factors.Using response surface optimization,We got quadratic polynomial regression equation.The predicted and actual yields of polysaccharides from Humifusa Euphorbia Herb Were 16.02 mg/g and 15.81 mg/g.The relative error Was 1.3%.It Was shoWn that the parameter obtained from the optimal micorWave-assisted extraction process via response surface methodology Was reliable.
