摘要
以Ca(OH)_2、Mg(OH)_2、Al(OH)_3、Na_2CO_3和表面改性剂为原料,清洁制备改性Ca-Mg-Al水滑石,并将其应用于PVC热稳定剂中。采用转矩流变法,考察了原料Ca/Mg比、晶化温度、晶化时间及表面改性剂的种类对改性Ca-Mg-Al水滑石基PVC热稳定剂的性能影响。在考察的表面改性剂中,吐温80的改性效果最好。当n(Ca^(2+))∶n(Mg^(2+))=7∶1、晶化温度100℃、晶化时间17 h,吐温80改性Ca-Mg-Al水滑石基热稳定剂对PVC的动态热稳定时间达到1835 s。
The modified Ca-Mg-Al hydrotalcite was prepared by using Ca(OH)2,Mg(OH)2,Al(OH)3,Na2CO3 and surface modifier as raw materials,and applied to PVC heat stabilizer.The effects of Ca/Mg ratio,crystallization temperature,crystallization time and surface modifier on the properties of modified Ca-Mg-Al hydrotalcite-based PVC heat stabilizer were investigated by torque rheology.Among the surface modifiers examined,Tween 80 had the best modification effect.When n(Ca^2+)∶n(Mg^2+)=7∶1,crystallization temperature 100℃,crystallization time 17 h,Tween 80 modified Ca-Mg-Al hydrotalcite-based heat stabilizer reaches the dynamic thermal stability time of PVC 1835 s.
