摘要
激光全息防伪材料的防伪信息通过模压工艺完成信息从镍版到材料的转移。模压过程中,镍版不可避免会粘附一些高分子树脂,这些粘附的污渍会遮盖模压版上的激光全息信息,从而影响激光全息信息的压印转移。全息镍版重复使用的要求是污渍去除率必须达到90%以上。通过表面活性剂与增溶剂复配,成功研制一种适于激光全息模压版清洗的高效清洗剂。当辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OPE)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO)、N,N'-双油酰基乙二胺二乙磺酸钠(DTM)和乙二醇单丁醚(EB)的物质的量的比为2∶1∶0.6∶3时,清洗剂综合性能较好。
The anti-counterfeiting information of laser holographic anti-counterfeiting materials is transferred from nickel plate to material by moulding process.In the process of moulding,the nickel plate will inevitably adhere to some macromolecule resins,which will cover up the laser holographic information on the moulding plate,thus affecting the transfer of laser holographic information.The requirement of reuse of holographic nickel plate is that the removal rate of stain must be over 90%.An efficient cleaning agent suitable for laser holographic plate cleaning has been successfully developed by mixing surfactants with solvents.When the mass ratio of octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether(OPE),aliphatic alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(AEO),sodium N,N’-bisoleoyl ethylenediamine diethylsulfonate(DTM) and ethylene glycol monobutyl ether(EB) is 2∶1∶0.6∶3,the comprehensive performance of the cleaning agent is better.
