摘要 多溴联苯醚作为全球性的环境污染物,已在土壤、沉积物、生物体和废弃的电子电器设备等多种介质中被检出。由于多溴联苯醚具有环境持久性、生物累积性、高亲脂性及高毒性等特征,其引起的环境及健康问题受到广泛的关注。多溴联苯醚在环境中的监测和研究已经成为当前环境领域的热点,而且此类标准品的需求量和品质要求也日渐增加。该论文对近年来多溴联苯醚的合成和分析方法进行了整理,以期为中国深入开展多溴联苯醚类标准品的研发和环境研究提供参考。 Polybrominated diphenyl ethers,as global environmental pollutants,have been detected in a variety of media such as soils,sediments,organisms,and discarded electrical and electronic equipment.Due to the environmental persistence,bioaccumulation,lipophilicity,and high toxicity of polybrominated diphenyl ethers,the environmental and health problems caused by them have drawn public attention.Their monitoring and research in the environment have become a hot spot in the current environmental field,and the demand and quality requirements for such standards have increased.In this review,we outline the state of the art on the synthesis and analysis methods of polybrominated diphenyl ethers in order to provide reference for the environmental research and development of polybrominated diphenyl ethers in China.
