吗啡是罂粟属植物中的一种主要生物碱,具有镇痛、麻醉、镇咳和止泻作用,临床应用范围广泛。近年来国家对含吗啡药物的监管越来越严格,本文从吗啡的人体药物代谢动力学、药物相互作用、毒性和依赖性方面综述了吗啡的研究进展,为吗啡的临床应用提供参考。

Morphine is one of main alkaloids of opium poppy,which extensively used in clinic as its analgesic,anesthetic,antitussive and antidiarrheal effect.The NMPA’s supervision of drugs containing morphine is getting more and more stringent in recent years.It’s reviewed in the paper including pharmacokinetics in human,drug interactions,toxicity and dependence of morphine,providing the reference for clinic.
