摘要
本文在分析渤海某油田平台三相分离器气相管道腐蚀原因基础上,合成了一种吗啉类缓蚀剂;采用复配增效技术,开发出吗啉、咪唑啉、无机盐等混合型缓蚀剂,并应用于油田现场,取得较好效果。现场应用结果表明:与在用气相缓蚀剂相比,新气相缓蚀剂YFHG-01缓蚀效果更好,相同加量条件下,缓蚀效率达到90%以上,更好满足现场应用。
A kind of morpholine gas phase inhibitor was synthesized on the basis of analyzing the corrosion causes of the gas pipeline of the three-phase separator of an oilfield platform in Bohai Sea.Adopting compound synergistic technology,a mixed corrosion inhibitor,including morpholine,imidazoline and inorganic salt,has been developed and applied to the oil field.which has achieved good results.The results of field application shows that the new gas phase inhibitor YFHG-01 has better corrosion inhibition effect than that in use.Under the same dosage,the corrosion inhibition efficiency can reach more than 90%,which better meet the field application.
