摘要
提出了盐穴储气库建设的重大意义。通过分析储气库工程的工艺流程,提出了安全仪表系统的设置对储气库正常运行的重要性。提出了三级联锁逻辑的设置原则,包括全厂级、注采气工艺级和设备级。该套联锁逻辑设置原则及三级联锁逻辑关系已在工程中应用,保证了人员和设备的安全。
The significance of the construction of salt cavern gas storage is put forward. By analyzing the process of gas storage project,the importance of setting safety instrument system for gas storage is put forward. The setting principle of three-level interlock logic is put forward,including whole plant level,gas injection process level and equipment level. The principle of interlocking logic setting and the three-level interlocking logic relationship have been applied in the project to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
