用于反渗透浓缩液处理的Fenton-ECMR工艺开发与优化 被引量:1

摘要 反渗透(RO)浓缩液具有极难生物降解、有机物含量高、对环境污染大等特点。本文采用Fenton-电催化膜反应器(ECMR)集成工艺处理RO浓缩液。探究了Fenton反应参数对RO浓缩液化学需氧量(COD)的去除情况,对Fenton出液采用ECMR再处理。结果表明:在初始pH值为3,H_2O_2/Fe^(2+)物质的量比为1∶1,H_2O_2添加量180 mmol/L,混凝pH值为9时处理效果最好。经Fenton-ECMR工艺集成处理后,出水COD仅为167 mg/L,COD去除率达到79.2%,色度去除率达到99%,表明该工艺确实可有效处理垃圾渗滤液RO浓缩液。 Reverse osmosis(RO) concentrate contains high levels of refractory organics and has poor biodegradability and environmental pollution.In this paper,the integrated process of Fenton-electrocatalytic membrane reactor(ECMR) is used to treat the RO concentrates.The effect of parameters on COD removal rate of RO retentate were investigated.The results showed that the COD removal rate was the highest when the initial pH was 3,molar ratio [H2O2]/[Fe^2+]= 1∶1,H2O2 dosage of 180 mmol/L,and coagulation pH was 9.After integrated treatment by Fenton-ECMR process,the COD of effluent was only 167 mg/L,the COD removal rate was 79.2%,and the chroma removal rate was reached 99%,which indicated that Fenton-ECMR integration process has successfully been developed for the treatment of RO concentrate.
