摘要
针对国内石油石化系统燃煤燃油注气锅炉不达标的现状,开发了适用于小型活动注气站的活性炭联合脱硫脱硝技术和适用于中大型固定注气站、活动锅炉房的低温氧化脱硫脱硝技术。其中活性炭联合脱硫脱硝技术开展了室内连续试验研究,研究结果表明SO_2、NO_x处理后均小于100 mg/Nm^3,达到标准要求;低温氧化脱硫脱硝技术在潜江市向阳锅炉房14 MW循环流化床锅炉和14 MW链条炉上进行了工程应用,其中SO_2处理后含量小于100 mg/m^3,NO_x处理后含量小于50 mg/m^3,满足国家标准《锅炉大气污染物排放标准》规定。
In view of the current situation of coal-fired oil-fired gas-injection boilers in petrochemical systems in China,activated carbon combined desulfurization and denitrification technology suitable for small-scale active gas injection stations and low-temperature oxidative desulfurization and denitrification technology suitable for medium and large fixed gas injection stations and movable boiler rooms were developed.The technology of activated carbon combined with desulfurization and denitrification has carried out continuous laboratory tests.The results show that both SO2 and NOx treatments are less than 100 mg/Nm^3,which meet the standard requirements.The low temperature oxidative desulfurization and denitrification technology has been applied to 14 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler and 14 MW chain furnace in Xiangyang Boiler House of Qianjiang City,in which the content of SO2 treated is less than 100 mg/m^3 and that of NOx treated is less than 50 mg/m^3.It meets the requirements of the Standard for the Discharge of Air Pollutants from Boilers.
