基于PIC16F877A单片机的储能电池箱温度控制系统设计 被引量:6

摘要 储能电池组因数量多,布置密集,除受周围环境影响,电池组自身也存在产热和散热不平衡等热失控问题,极易导致储能电池箱内温度变化明显,而电池的使用寿命、容量以及安全稳定运行均与温度密切联系。该文采用PIC16F877A单片机对电池箱温度系统进行在线监测和自动控制,介绍了该温度控制系统的硬件组成、传感器的工作原理以及部分软件流程,控制部分则采用模糊控制方法对温度和湿度2个生态因子参数进行智能控制。 Due to the large number and dense arrangement of energy storage battery packs,in addition to the sur-rounding environment,the battery pack itself also has thermal runaway problems such as heat generation and heat dissipation imbalance,which can easily lead to obvious temperature changes in the energy storage battery box,and the use of the battery.Life,capacity,and safe and stable operation are all closely related to temperature.In this paper,the PIC16F877A MCU is used to monitor and automatically control the battery compartment temperature system.The hardware composition of the temperature control system,the working principle of the sensor and some software flow charts are introduced.The control part adopts the fuzzy control method for the two environments of temperature and humidity.The factor parameters are intelligently controlled.
