“积极体验式”教学对大学生积极心理品质培育的作用研究

Research on the Effect of “Active Experience” Teaching on the Cultivation of College Students’ Positive Psychological Quality

大学生的积极心理品质,是在一种体验氛围之中,逐渐形成的健康心理认知、日常生活行为习惯、积极的思考导向。在培养学生积极心理品质的过程中,可以引入“积极体验式”教学模式,让学生在校学习中获得积极的心理体验,并从具有互动性的氛围中增强心理健康教育干预效果。为了进一步解析“积极体验式”教学对大学生积极心理品质培育的作用,探讨培育大学生积极心理品质的必要性,从挖掘学生心理困惑,促进学生情感释放,营造课堂互动氛围,强化学习体验结果四个层面,总结“积极体验式”教学所产生的教育作用。最后,提出“积极体验式”教学在培育大学生积极心理品质方面的策略,希望为高校大学生积极心理品质培育提供理论参考。

The positive psychological quality of college students is a kind of healthy psychological cognition,daily life behavior habits and positive thinking orientation in an experience atmosphere. In the process of cultivating students' positive psychological quality,a“positive experiential”teaching mode can be introduced to enable students to gain a positive psychological experience in school learning and to strengthen the mental health education intervention effect from an interactive atmosphere. In order to further analyze the role of“positive experiencing”teaching on the cultivation of college students' positive psychological quality,the necessity of cultivating students' positive psychological quality is explored from aspects of exploring students' psychological confusion,promoting students' emotional release,constructing classroom interaction atmosphere,and strengthening learning experience results. At the level,it summarizes the educational role of“positive experience”teaching. Finally,it summarizes the development strategy of“positive experience” teaching in cultivating the positive psychological quality of college students so as to provide a theoretical reference for the cultivation of college students' positive psychological quality.
