校企合作背景下“习惯—能力”双主线高职教育教学管理体系的研究与实践 被引量:1

摘要 通过对高职教育教学管理体系核心的分析,结合当前高职院校教育教学管理过程中存在的具体问题,基于校企合作背景,分别从充分运用校企合作优势,转变传统管理方式;顺应校企合作全新形势,实现管理的精细化;确保校企合作效果质量,强化教育教学管理等方面,提出“习惯—能力”双主线高职教育教学管理体系的构建路径,旨在能够依托校企合作,健全高职教育教学管理体系,从根本上提高其管理水平,促进院校、企业及学生的共同发展。 Based on the analysis of the core system of the teaching management of higher vocational education,the specific problems existing in the current educational management process of higher vocational colleges and the background of school-enterprise cooperation,the construction path of the habit-ability ability dual-mainline higher vocational education teaching management system is proposed from the following aspects,making full use of the advantages of school-enterprise cooperation to transform traditional management methods;confirming to the new situation of school-enterprise cooperation to realize the refinement of management;guaranteeing the quality of school-enterprise cooperation to strengthen education and teaching management. The aim is to improve the teaching management system of higher vocational education by relying on school-enterprise cooperation,fundamentally improve its management level, and promote the common development of colleges,enterprises and students.
