The Path Choice of Establishing Long-term Mechanism of Internet Financial Supervision

本文通过梳理当前互联网金融业态监管存在的突出问题,对国外互联网金融监管主要模式进行比较分析,提出建立互联网金融监管长效机制"三步走"战略和对未来互联网金融监管的构想。

In recent years, Internet finance represented by P2P online lending, equity crowdfunding, and Internet asset manage-ment has developed extremely rapidly. Its disorderly growth has also resulted in many illegal fundraising in the name of Internet fi-nance, absorbing public deposits. Since the launch of the special rectification work of Internet finance, a number of illegal Internet fi-nance companies has been shut down and banned, and it has cleaned up the Internet financial development order. This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the supervision of various Internet financial formats, compares and analyzes the main modes of foreign Internet financial supervision, and proposes how to establish a "three-step strategy" for the long-term mechanism of Internet financial supervision and the concept of future Internet financial supervision.
