本文通过对比国内外监管科技的发展现状,探究了监管科技的应用与实现方式,从加快监管科技标准制定、监管科技合作、协同式监管、科技企业创新、穿透式监管等方面给出建议,对我国创新监管科技产业发展具有重要借鉴启示意义。

By introducing the background of the birth of regulatory science and technology, comparing the development status of regulatory science and technology at home and abroad, this paper explores the application and Realization of regulatory science and technology, and gives suggestions from five aspects: accelerating the formulation of regulatory science and technology standards, monitoring scientific and technological cooperation, collaborative supervision, innovation of scientific and technological enterprises, and penetrating supervision.
