涤棉混纺四面弹低温短流程连续生产工艺探讨 被引量:1

摘要 从纤维原料入手,探讨实现涤棉混纺四面弹低温短流程连续生产的工艺。以原液着色涤纶纤维代替普通涤纶与棉混纺纤维,从纺纱工序、织造工序以及染整等工艺入手,生产过程中严格控制各工艺参数,开发高品质四面弹面料。纺纱工序得高质量的弹力包芯纱;织造工序适当增加纱线张力,采用较大的上浆率和适合的浆槽温度;上机织造时,保证布面平整、幅宽一致。染整加工过程采用连续长车轧染,大大提高生产效率,开发出性能优异的四面弹机织面料。 Considering the fiber raw materials, the process of realizing the low- temperature short- flow continuous production of polyester cotton blended tetrahedral elastic fabric was discussed. The dope-dyed polyester fibers were utilized to replace ordinary polyester and cotton blended fibers, from the prospective of spinning process, weaving process and dyeing and finishing process with strictly control the parameters in the production process, to develop high-quality tetrahedral elastic fabric. The high quality elastic covering yarns were obtained in spinning process. The yarn tension was appropriately increased in the weaving process adopting a larger sizing rate and suitable sizing tank temperature. When weaving on the machine, the cloth surface was flat and the width was uniform. The continuous pad dyeing was used to greatly improve the production efficiency and develop tetrahedral elastic fabric with excellent performance.
