摘要
以芳纶纤维和超强聚乙烯纤维为原料,采用横机设计并编织3种交织增强体织物,对下机后各种织物的基本参数进行测试并分析各种组织的特点;总结了编织时容易出现的技术问题,给出了相应的解决办法。再以芳纶与超强聚乙烯纤维交织织物为增强体,环氧乙烯基酯树脂为基体,采用生产效率高、外形尺寸控制准确、对结构复杂制品可一次成型的模压成型工艺,制备出3种纬编针织交织增强体复合材料。
Three kinds of interwoven reinforced fabrics were designed and woven by horizontal machine using aramid fibers and ultra- strong polyethylene fibers as raw materials. The basic parameters of all kinds of produced fabrics were tested and the organizational structure characteristics of the fabrics were analyzed. Meanwhile, the technical problems often appearing in knitting were summarized, and the corresponding solutions were given. Besides, the three kinds of weftknitted- interwoven reinforced composite material based on aramid&ultra- strong polyethylene interwoven fibric reinforcement and epoxy vinyl ester resin matrix were prepared by using high-production efficiency, accurate size controlling and one-step molding process technique that was used for complex structure products.
