摘要 蓝莓是21世纪极具有发展潜力的一个新兴树种,组织培养是实现蓝莓大规模生产的有效途径。但由于其根系纤维不发达、生根困难,导致组织培养过程中繁殖系数低。该文综述了蓝莓试管苗生根技术的研究进展,阐述了诱导组培苗生根的机理与方法,分析了影响试管苗生根的主要因素,为组织培养技术用于蓝莓研究和种苗生产提供参考。 Semen trigonellae is a new tree species with great potential in this century.Tissue culture is an effective way to realize large-scale Production of it.The root fiber of blueberry is underdeveloped and difficult to take root, which results in low reproductive coefficient in tissue culture.In this paper, the research progress of rooting technology of blueberry tissue culture seedlings was reviewed, the mechanism and method of rooting induction of tissue culture seedlings are described, the main factors affecting rooting of test-tube seedlings were analyzed.This paper is write to provide reference for the development of Semen Trigonellae study and industrialization.
