摘要 幸福教育实践样态的校本化建构,首先需要学校对幸福和幸福教育的内涵进行理性的思考和丰富的诠释,在此基础上,以幸福教育为核心对学校在课程、教学、学生和教师等关键领域的活动加以引领。追求幸福教育旨在让学生获得幸福情感并提升幸福能力;幸福课程开发指向学生幸福成长体验;打造幸福课堂力图在“心流”体验中提升学生的幸福感和学习力;开展幸福德育意在培植学生与外界的亲密关系;呼吁投身幸福工作试图提升教师对立德树人工作的使命感和研究力。最终在建构与融合中实现“办幸福的学校,做幸福的老师,培养幸福的学生”的美好办学愿景。 To construct happy education in practice first requires school to rationally consider and interpret the connotations of happiness and happy education. On the basis, we should revolve around happy education to guide the key activities of curriculum, teaching, students and teachers, aiming to help students attain happy emotions and improve their happy competence. The development of happy curriculum should be directed at students’ experience of their happy growth. In addition, teachers should create happy classroom teaching to strengthen students’ happiness and learning competence by experiencing their own minds. Besides, teachers should carry out happy moral education to cultivate the relationships between students and the outside world. Also, we should call for teachers’ eff orts to throw themselves into happy work to promote their sense of missions and competence in research, so that we can realize the desirable schooling prospect of happy schools, happy teachers and happy students.
