摘要 四点抗折强度是手机盖板玻璃材料的一个重要强度指标,玻璃边缘加工质量对四点抗折强度值有很大影响。在玻璃边缘磨削加工时,各种加工因素对加工质量的影响相交复杂。通过实验优化工艺参数,得到较好的四点抗折强度,获得最佳的边缘质量,是目前手机盖板玻璃边缘磨削质量的主要方法。按照DOE方法进行实验设计和数据统计分析,确定优化的参数,并进行验证实验,取得较好的效果,对边缘加工工艺的改进起了很好的指导作用。 The 4-point bending strength is an important strength indicator of the glass material of the mobile phone cover,Glass edge processing quality has a great influence on the 4-point bending strength value. In the case of glass edge grinding, the influence of various processing factors on the processing quality is complicated. By optimizing the process parameters through experiments, a good four-point bending strength is obtained, and the best edge quality is obtained, which is the main method for the edge grinding quality of the mobile phone cover glass. In this paper, according to the DOE method, the experimental design and statistical analysis of the data are carried out to determine the optimized parameters, and the verification test is carried out to obtain better results, which plays a good guiding role in the improvement of the edge processing technology.
