摘要
采用离线磁控溅射工艺生产的镀膜玻璃,由于其颜色丰富、性能优良、生产效率高等特点,在建筑玻璃领域得到了广泛的应用。生产过程中由于多种因素的影响,镀膜玻璃会产生各类缺陷,通过对磁控溅射生产镀膜玻璃在过程中出现的针孔缺陷进行分析,结合实际生产经验给出相应的改善方法。
The coated glass produced by off-line magnetron sputtering has been widely used in the field of architectural glass due to its rich color, excellent performance and high production efficiency. In the production process, various kinds of defects may occurred on the coated glass because of many influence factors. The pinhole defect is analyzed and some improvement methods are proposed based on the actual production experience.
