对在役输电线路铁塔塔材失效的案例进行现场取证和综合分析,对案例涉及的具体失效样品进行材质分析、机械性能试验、能谱分析等试验检测,分析并查找设备材料在设备制造、基建安装和运维巡检等不同阶段产生缺陷导致设备材料失效的原因,为防止类似事件的再次发生提出相应的预防措施和建议。

This paper samples the materials of in-service transmission tower on-site and makes a comprehensive analysis of material failure cases of the transmission tower, carries out material analysis, mechanical performance test and energy spectrum analysis on the failed materials sampled, analyzes and investigates into the causes of failures due to the defects during such different stages as equipment manufacturing, civil engineering installation and operation inspection etc., and puts forward the corresponding measures and suggestions for preventing the recurrence of similar incidents.
