除氧器虚假水位原因分析及防范措施

摘要 介绍了一起1000MW超超临界机组因处理除氧器水位变送器接头漏水,引起除氧器虚假水位信号,导致除氧器及辅汽联箱进汽切除的异常事件经过,分析了该起异常事件的原因,制定了相应的防范措施,为防范同类故障提供参考。 This paper introduces an abnormal event occurred in an 1 000 MW ultra supercritical fossil-fired unit that the treatment of water leakage in deaerator level transmitter connector causes deaerator false water level signal and finally results in the removal of inlet steam of deaerator and auxiliary steam header. This paper analyzes the causes of the abnormal event and puts forward corresponding preventive measures, which can serve as a reference for preventing similar faults.
