摘要 变压器是变电站的核心设备,储油柜是变压器的基本部件,但由储油柜造成主变跳闸的事故较少。通过对一起由外油式波纹管储油柜滚轮卡涩造成110kV主变瓦斯动作的检查和分析讨论,找出储油柜内焊缝的加工质量是引发此事故的根本原因,并提出同类型主变在建设、运行和维修阶段需注意的事项及相关改进建议。 The transformer is the core equipment of the substation, while the oil conservator is its basic part, which is less likely to cause the main transformer trip accidents. By analyzing the gas protection actuation incident of main transformer caused by the jam fault of roller of the outer oil type corrugated oil tank, this article finds out that poor fabrication quality of oil conservator welds is the root cause of the accident, and puts forward the matters needing attentions during the construction, operation and maintenance of similar transformers and the related modification suggestions.
