摘要
针对某500kV智能变电站某双回220kV线路在投运过程中,双重化配置的其中一套保护装置出现频繁启动的异常情况,分析了异常情况出现的原因,并比较了当前国内主要制造厂家关于突变量启动算法上的优劣性,通过实际的保护装置采样数据验证了傅里叶算法在应对含有谐波、非周期分量较高的特殊负荷条件下具有较好的滤波特性。
Aiming at the abnormal event about frequent actuation of one of the dual-configuration microcomputer protective device during the commissioning of double-circuit 220 kV transmission line in a 500 kV smart substation, the paper analyzes the causes of the event, and compares the advantages and disadvantages of abrupt start-up algorithm among main domestic manufacturers. The sampling data of the actual protection devices shows that the Fourier algorithm has a better filtering characteristic under special load conditions with higher harmonic and aperiodic components.
