摘要 针对某660MW汽轮发电机在投运后的第3个月出现定子冷却水进出口压差逐渐增大、流量逐渐下降的现象,通过热水流试验和局部检查,找出定子线棒铜腐蚀是引起发电机运行异常的原因,并分析了造成定子线棒铜腐蚀的原因,提出了后续运行的预防措施,为机组同类问题的解决提供了可借鉴的经验。 As the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of stator cooling water increases and the flow rate decreases after three months since the 660 MW turbogenerator is put into operation, this paper through the hot water flow test and local inspection finds out that the copper corrosion of stator bars is the cause of abnormal operation of generator, and analyzes the causes of copper corrosion of stator bars, and puts forward the preventive measures for subsequent operation , which may serve as a feedback for solving the similar problems.
