摘要
以月见草种子为原材料,针对不同的料液比,超声时间,以及超声温度对月见草籽的浸提率的影响进行单因素试验和正交实验,试验结果表明料液比,超声时间,超声温度均对于月见草籽油的浸提率有一定的影响。本试验以环己烷作为提取剂,在料液比为2∶7,超声时间为60min,超声温度为50℃,月见草的浸提率最佳,为18.10%。
Taking evening primrose seeds as raw material,from the single factor test and the orthogonal test to optimize the effects of evening primrose:the different solid - liquid ratio,ultrasonic time and ultrasonic temperature. Experimental results show that the solid - liquid ratio,ultrasonic time and ultrasonic temperature on the extraction of evening primrose seed oil to a certain extent. The experiment take cyclohexane as the extractant,the results show that under the condition of the material liquid than 2∶7,time of ultrasound 60 min,and ultrasonic temperature 50 ℃,the extraction rate is the lagest.
